Do you use natural or vegan products?
We proudly use high-quality brands, many of which are natural, vegan, and cruelty-free.
Do you offer services for both men and women?
Yes, our services are designed for all genders, from haircuts to skincare and laser treatments.
How far in advance should I book?
For popular services (coloring, facials, and laser treatments), we recommend scheduling 1–2
weeks in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No show fees are charged 50% of the service amount.
Do you require a deposit?
A small deposit may be required for select services, especially for laser packages. For all laser
services, a small patch test is required before a treatment plan can be created. There is a
minimum $25 charge for this patch test.
Where do we park?
There is plenty of street parking available outside the studio, and the parking lot to the right of the salon also offers free parking.

Do you offer color correction services?
Yes, we specialize in color corrections for uneven tones, unwanted brassiness, or box dye
mishaps. A consultation is recommended for best results.
What is the difference between balayage, highlights, and ombré?
Balayage creates soft, hand-painted dimension, highlights add brightness with foils, and ombré
gives a more dramatic dark-to-light effect. We’ll help you choose the right one for your style.
Do you offer treatments for damaged or thinning hair?
Yes, we provide strengthening and nourishing treatments to repair damaged hair, as well as

Avoid sun exposure, tanning, and waxing before your appointment. Shaving the treatment area
24 hours prior is usually recommended.
